I offer a novice to intermediate Mac tutoring service in and around the NH seacoast.

I specialize in helping new and intermediate users become familiar and comfortable with the Mac operating system and basic knowledge of programs that they might like to use, including but not limited to e-mail, word processing, financial, web browsing, digital photography, back-up, utilities and HTML.

For the intermediate user I can offer assistance with advanced OS operations, maintenance, partitioning, back-up, trouble shooting and the advanced features of many software programs along with system maintenance.

MY EXPERIENCE:

I have been using Apple computers on a daily basis for over 15 years. Experienced in the practical use of a Mac and familiar with OS 8.0-10.4. I have helped new users get a quick start with their new Mac systems and long time users make better use of their time.

I have used Macs in my own businesses and at home since 1988 for communicating, record keeping, promotion and much more. For 5 years operated a baseball fantasy league statistics service using a macros based system I developed.

Written web based tutorials for the Mac OS 8-10(X) and Outlook Express 5.0 for Mac and respond to desk help questions emanating from those sites.

Have been an Apple Representative for the "Apple Demo Days" program for two years.

I have earned an "Apple Product Product Professional" certificate through the Apple Learn & Earn program.
